Refund Policy

​All tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of event cancellation.

In the case that an event is cancelled, Exes & O's will refund you to your original payment method. Exes and O's charges £1 for booking and administration fees per refund, which is deducted from the final refunds price.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
